I have been reading "Don't Make Me Count to Three" it is a wonderful book on parenting. Reading this, has inspired me to disciple the boys with scripture. We are on week 2 so far and our verses are Col. 3:20 and Matt. 22:39. They definately have Col 3:20 memorized and we are working on the Matthew scripture. I don't say this to boast, but to encourage others to try it. It really seems to be working for us. It makes the children see their sin, their wrong actions, and they memorize verses of the Bible at the same time.
Allie is developing her little "big" personality. She is so fun, laughs and smiles all the time with her toothy grin. Yes, she has 2 bottom teeth! She loves to squeal and smile at Max. She wants to be held at times, but loves rolling on the floor and playing in her exerasaucer. Her "Lovie" (blanket bear) is her favorite and she hooks her left index finger and sucks it to go to sleep. She is so precious and such a blessing to our lives. I cannot imagine my life without her.

Slade is such a loveable, stinker these days. He is so cute, but such a tester. We are working on potty training. Yesterday he told me when he had to potty, even when we were out and about. Yea Slade! But today he has refused to use the potty at all!!! See what I mean by stinker!
Max is growing and is so tall now! I seriously can't believe that he will be 5. He is such a loving and caring child. He LOVES his sister! He cannot get enough of her. Sometimes, (frequently actually) he wants to stay in her face. She tolerates him well. He just says, "But I love her too much!" He is learning so much and loves preschool. He knows all his letters and the sounds that they make. He is getting really good about sounding things out, spelling and even reading some words. We are so proud of him! He is ready to go to Kindergarten, or at least that is what he keeps telling me.
I promise to do better with pictures! I am typing this from Mayo's computer so I don't have any other than what are on my phone. I tried to get the boys to let me take their picture, but they are engrossed in Cars 2.
